Recipe for juice with pomegranate, mango, and mint.
This juice is packed with antioxidants from the fruit and mint. If possible, drink the antioxidant-rich juice the morning after a hard workout, as your body’s immune system may need support.
Ingredients (2 people):
- 2 pomegranates
- 100 g of mango
- 4 twigs fresh mint
- 6 ice cubes
Cut the stone from the mango and peel the fruit with a herb knife. Divide the pomegranates in half. Take out the cores with a spoon or with your fingers. NB Take care of your clothes! Hide 2 tbsp. for decoration.
Put the pulp and pomegranate seeds in a juicer or a good blender.
Pour the juice into a glass with ice cubes, mint leaves, and pomegranate cores.
